Cette \u00e9volution illustre l\u2019engagement continu de l\u2019entreprise et de ses \u00e9quipes R&amp;D \u00e0 proposer des solutions de m\u00e9trologie toujours plus performantes, fiables et adapt\u00e9es aux exigences industrielles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s l\u2019int\u00e9gration du module FOXForm en 2016, d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019analyse des nuages de points et \u00e0 la comparaison DXF simplifi\u00e9e, FOXMap s\u2019enrichit aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019un module sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux de contr\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00e9tat de surface. Le travail men\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9quipe projet a port\u00e9 sur la fiabilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats et la lisibilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, afin de faciliter leur exploitation par les industriels \u00bb, explique Thibault Dembicki, expert rugosit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9quipe projet.<br>Le nouveau module int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement des fonctions avanc\u00e9es d\u2019analyse de profil, compl\u00e9tant l\u2019analyse de la rugosit\u00e9 pour une qualification compl\u00e8te de l\u2019\u00e9tat de surface. On y retrouve la d\u00e9tection automatique de points caract\u00e9ristiques (barycentre, extr\u00e9mums en X et Z), construction et interpolation d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments g\u00e9om\u00e9triques, ainsi que la comparaison \u00e0 une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie nominale DXF, avec analyse des \u00e9carts en Bestfit libre ou contraint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Compatibilit\u00e9 native avec l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me Micro-Vu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>FOXProfil s\u2019int\u00e8gre pleinement aux machines de mesure Micro-Vu, r\u00e9f\u00e9rence internationale en m\u00e9trologie dimensionnelle.
