Marketing and digital manager

The company:

In order to strengthen its teams, Alliantech is looking for a marketing and digital manager.

Alliantech is a major player in the distribution of instrumentation solutions. Mainly active in the fields of dynamic measurement such as vibration, acoustics and physical measurements (force, pressure, displacement, torque, etc.), our sales teams offer adapted and efficient systems to our customers. These complete systems (sensors, cables, conditioners, acquisition systems) can be composed of products from distribution or designed by our R&D teams.

Within our sales department, you will lead the marketing activity within the company and particularly that related to digital.


The main missions of the position:

  • Define the marketing and digital strategy in line with the company's objectives in conjunction with the president and the sales director and implement it, including:
    • Understand the different activities of the company
    • Design concepts related to digital offers or services
    • Break down the concepts into products and services, also taking into account the technical, financial and legal constraints
    • Improve site traffic through an SEM policy
    • Define and validate communication campaigns including those on social networks, merchant site, blog…
    • Position the design office in relation to the competition and market needs
  • Carry out a strategic watch:
    • Analyze the positioning of products and services on the web
    • Perform market and competition studies
    • Understand and assess current trends and dynamics, new user needs
    • Qualify the impact of new trends on existing products and services or under development
  • Design and launch new services:
    • Develop the merchant site
    • Develop partnerships
    • Prepare the launches of new products and services
  • Monitor marketing operations (budget, reporting, ROI analysis)
  • Manage and animate a team of two collaborators as well as service providers
  • Liaising and interacting with internal teams


Candidate profile:

– 6 to 8 years minimum of professional experience in the field of digital marketing

– Ideally, experience in the field of measurement and/or commercial service

– Mastery of monitoring techniques (including e-reputation) and research to provide information, detect new trends

– Knowledge of web marketing techniques (content strategies, search marketing, affiliation, viral marketing, mobile marketing, etc.), traffic acquisition and audience measurement tools

– Mastery of strategic marketing techniques (strategic analysis, market segmentation, positioning, targeting, etc.)

– Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen, know how to transmit messages

– Analytical and synthetic skills, but also creativity and responsiveness

– Taste for technology including the measurement sector

- Ability to work independently, adaptability, know how to prioritize and take a step back

- A good level of English is required both written and spoken
