PROJECT MANAGER SOURCING AND SCIENTIFIC RECRUITMENT M/F

Based at Lyon

You have a full role in the recruitment projects that your clients entrust to you, in all professions requiring scientific and technological skills. You maintain privileged relationships with candidates and clients.

 

Your missions:

• Write advertisements and select networks as well as appropriate media for distribution: use all the candidate search tools at your disposal (databases, CV library, social networks, school relations, partners, etc.) in order to respond qualitatively to the needs of our customers
• Adapt the search channels for new candidates and find new ones
• Create candidate files, maintain privileged relations with candidates, carry out pre-selections
• Ensure regular reporting of your activity, the progress of the project and the results of your recruitments
• Represent the company at external events (fairs, forums, etc.) and participate in company development projects

 

Your strengths for this position?

• A Bac+5/8 training in Sciences (Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, etc.) and ideally a first professional experience
• A force of proposal and an analytical mind to set up effective candidate search strategies
• Proactivity to provide solutions
• Excellent writing skills, interpersonal skills and listening skills
• Good organization, initiative, diplomacy, rigor and autonomy
• At ease with social networks, the use of databases and CRM
