ACAVI, a company specializing in Human Resources for industries in the scientific sectors, has been supporting its Clients for more than 17 years in recruitment, evaluation and advice.

On behalf of one of our customers in the photonics sector, world specialist in femtosecond lasers, operates in the design, manufacture and distribution of large ultra-intense laser chains for laboratories, universities, research centers and major programs , we are looking for a:

PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)
LASER
Based in Île-de-France (91) CDI

Your missions:

In pairs with a scientific expert, you will have the mission of coordinating the launch, manufacture, production and installation of laser systems intended for the market of large scientific instruments.

You are also in charge of the relationship with the customer to finalize the installation and acceptance conditions, and ensure the success of these stages.

Your role will be to:

 Establish the business planning and budget in the short and long term.
 Coordinate the launch, manufacture, production and installation of femtosecond laser chains intended for the market of large scientific instruments.
 Ensure with all the departments involved the follow-up and the update, as well as the periodic reporting on the progress of the projects.
 Maintain relationships with customers to finalize installation and acceptance conditions, and ensure the success of these steps.

Your assets :

Scientific training, holder of a Master 2 or general engineer level (ideally physics, optics or photonics) and a 1st experience in project management in predominantly technical and complex fields.

You are organized and methodical, with relational qualities allowing you to maintain the motivation of the entire project group.

You have an excellent practice of Excel and Gantt project management.

You are fluent in English, which is essential for interacting with customers.
