Description of the offer:
In order to strengthen its teams, AllianTech is looking for a “Tests and Measurements” application engineer.
Alliantech is a major player in the distribution of instrumentation solutions. Mainly active in the areas of dynamic measurement such as vibration, acoustics, displacement or pressure, our technical sales teams offer adapted and efficient systems to our customers. These complete systems (sensors, cables, conditioners, acquisition systems) can be made up of products from distribution or designed by our R&D team.
Within our technical department, you will participate in pre / post sales support activities. You will indeed be the privileged interlocutor of one of our suppliers.
The main missions of the position are as follows:
- Advise and choose measurement solutions adapted to customer needs in addition to our sales teams
- Participate in the responses and drafting of specifications and calls for tenders by understanding the subjects and providing appropriate responses
- Contribute, in collaboration with our R&D teams, to the design and implementation of complex measurement solutions
- Train users, investigate and solve technical problems
- Carry out the provision of services (taking measurements, analyzing data, producing measurement reports, etc.)
- Develop the partnership with one of our suppliers
- Be in constant interaction with customers
- Be proactive
Further information :
- Regular trips to customers are expected mainly in Europe (including Russia), Africa and the Middle East (at least 25% of working time)
- Unscheduled trips will be added according to customer needs
- The working language will be mainly English
- An integration period is planned with our supplier in the United States
Candidate profile:
- Graduated from an engineering school (or equivalent) with an appetite for technical and multi-physical subjects
- An internship and / or a first professional experience in the field of measurement is a plus
- Ability to work independently, adaptability, know how to prioritize and take a step back
- Listening and knowing how to transmit messages
- Have an appetite for multicultural environments
- Given the international environment of the missions, a very good level of English is required both written and spoken. German is a plus.
- Have a B license
Various information :
Type of Contract : CDI - Executive - Full time
Places : Gennevilliers and regular trips to Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the United States
Position taking : As soon as possible
