Afin de répondre à notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) Service Après-Vente en Instrumentation motivé(e).

Your missions

• Carry out the appraisal and repair of instruments returned to the workshop by customers,
• Ensure the administrative part of after-sales service files,
• Prepare quotes and technical intervention reports,
• Provide technical support to customers and salespeople,
• Être responsable de la qualité du travail et de la traçabilité en appliquant les procédures et modes opératoires,
• S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients.

Your profile

You have a technical training in a specialty of instrumentation (Physical Measurements, CIRA, Industrial maintenance) and you have a first experience in a similar position.

You are comfortable with IT and have already worked on an ERP.

You are oriented towards quality of work, have a team spirit and a sense of customer service.

You hold a valid B License.

Pour cette fonction, la rigueur, la capacité d’adaptation à tout type d’interlocuteurs, l’autonomie, le sens de la relation client, la capacité d’analyse sont indispensables. Un bon niveau d’anglais technique et des connaissances en instrumentation sont nécessaires pour rencontrer le succès chez Bronkhorst.
