Airsafe PM and MIR 9000P

On the occasion of his participation in EXPO 2022 Solutions Measures, ENVEA presents two innovations: AirSafe PM and MIR 9000P.

ENVEA presents a sensor for the continuous measurement of dust exposure in the workplace.
The AirSafe PM provides continuous and accurate dust exposure monitoring of PM1, PM2.5, PM4.25, PM10, TSP in indoor ambient air: control rooms, storage areas, boiler rooms, workstations work, facilities. Allows the classification of “inhalable, respirable and thoracic particles” as defined by the ISO 7708 standard (Air quality, Definitions of particle size fractions linked to health problems) and compliance according to the specifications of the Code du work.

The dust sensor Airsafe PM makes it possible to respond to the increasingly strong concerns of all industries in terms of health and safety. Particulate matter, known as "PM", is a mixture of solid and liquid particles suspended in the air. Due to their small size, these particles can penetrate deep into the lungs and even pass into the bloodstream. This can lead to many health problems such as respiratory and heart disease.

ENVEA presents its new portable multigas analyzer designed to meet the specific needs of regulatory and spot measurement of stack emissions. Its objective: to help the user save time during his on-site inspection day. the MIR 9000P complies with international directives and standards such as EPA and EN 15267-4, the latest European standards for portable automatic measuring systems.

It guarantees high accuracy and wide measurement ranges for 8 parameters (NOx, SO2, CO, CO2, CH4, N2O, O2 and residual H2O).

The MIR 9000P is an all-in-one instrument, light (15 kg) and compact. Its robust design includes integrated vibration absorbers ensuring the stability of the measuring cell as well as a case with an IP44 protection index (closed) against splashing water.

• Regulatory and spot checks of chimney emissions for industrial combustion sites, boiler rooms, etc.
• Online flue gas measurement
• Process control
