Capitalize on the functionalities of a web meeting platform to organize impactful events and generate the participation and involvement of all connected employees.
The specificity of the media for an online event and their preparation. Master interactive animation techniques (rhetorical questions, relay questions and feedback) to engage participants. Dynamically open and close an online event. Identify and plan the management rituals to be performed online.
Module 2 - November 30, 2020 - 09h00-10h30
Facilitate a team meeting in remote mode
Carry out the “team building” opening of a remote meeting. Welcome someone new to the team and get them to introduce themselves. Present the agenda and define the expectations vis-à-vis the participants. Set the objectives and present the stakes of an action / operation. Project participants into action. Achieve a toned closure.
Module 3 - December 02, 2020 - 09h00-10h30
Carry out a one-to-one remote management interview (or action plan)
Prepare the pilot interview online with the tools and data available (eg CRM). Definition of a support to analyze the results, the client portfolio, the activity. Define the rules of the game at the start of the interview and define its purpose, the action plan. Share CRM software screens for online analysis. Target the skill to be developed. Proposal for an online managerial support plan.
Module 4 - December 10, 2020 - 9:00 am-10:30am
Facilitate an online training
Prepare training materials in synchronous remote mode. Open online training in a tonic way. Take a tour of the screens (remote tour de table). Specify the skills expected from the participants. Animation of collaborative exercises. Guarantee the interactivity of online training. Validate online the achievement of objectives. Different types of conclusion and associated audio-visual aids.
Module 5 - December 17, 2020 - 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
An “open” event where everyone presents the details of the events carried out online, employee feedback and the results obtained. A session where everyone can discuss, make suggestions for improvement for future events. A space where the consultant can formulate appropriate advice to optimize the achievement.
