Country Sales Manager OEM – M/F
Within the commercial team and attached to the Director of the OEM division. You implement and manage regional sales strategy nationwide, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers and managing sales channels and a sales team to drive sales growth and profitability.
The missions of our OEM Country Sales Manager:
Leads, motivates and develops a team of salespeople by example and aligned with regional and divisional sales strategy.
Translates the overall sales strategy of the region/division (OEM/Instr. companies) into strategies and execution plans for the local sales team and executes them.
Identifies business opportunities and develops local strategies relevant to respective market segments.
Increases market share, profitability and actively manages all sales channels
Keeps abreast of the latest trends in sales effectiveness and adopts new sales approaches in order to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Develops and maintains a business relationship with customers who purchase products directly through WIKA without going through a distributor or representative.
Your profile :
Technical training, a Master's degree in Industrial Control and Automatic Regulation (Or Mechanics and Industrial Automation) ideally CIMES. You have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the marketing of technological products in an industrial environment with a strong taste for sales.
Fluency in technical and commercial English and/or German is essential for this position. You also master computer and office tools.
Understands basics of measurement (P,T,L,F,F), Can describe commonly used applications, Knowledge of special applications in related segments, Knowledge of segments in respective fields, Knowledge of standard products (CoE), Representation of WIKA, WIKA production system, understanding of the WIKA (sales) process.
