SEMIA has specialized for more than 30 years in vibration analysis for the Aeronautics sector and has a subsidiary, DJB Instruments France, which deals with the sale (and all associated services) of accelerometers in the sector. industrial and aeronautical.

Purpose of the position

This is a job creation in CDI - Full time.

You will join an autonomous and versatile team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Search and identify any prospect able to buy equipment or services sold by DJB Instruments,
  • Collect the needs and expectations of customers and prospects,
  • Manage customer databases and organize visits: contact and customer follow-up, equipment demonstrations, etc.
  • Sales Administration:
  • Follow price requests and establish price offers or repair estimates
  • Define, in coordination with the Management, the sale and repair prices
  • Process calls for tenders
  • Record customer orders
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the products and services sold by DJB Instruments,
  • Analyze competition and market trends: benchmarking, technological and commercial watch (press review, etc.),
  • Choose, plan and organize exhibitions (registration, choice of stands, mailing, etc.),
  • Propose new lines of business development with the entire range of group products,
  • Manage all external communication with customers.

Required Skills / Profile

  • Trained as an engineer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques
  • Professional English essential
  • Professional experience in the field of metrology desired
  • Listening to customers
