Missions:
Attached to our Lyon agency, your mission will consist of ensuring the administrative and commercial management of a client portfolio throughout the process, in particular:
- be the privileged contact of the client and respond to their various requests,
- draw up price offers,
- ensure the interface between the customer and the operations (production, logistics),
- produce and analyze the report,
- be a source of proposals to develop the service offer and business profitability,
- ensure the handling of complaints and feedback to the customer,
- provide billing.
Profile:
You are a graduate of a higher education level Bac+2 to Bac+4 in the field of customer relations (type BTS Management Assistant SME / SMI, Professional License Customer Relations, etc.). You have experience in the industrial sector.
You have a good command of office software.
You demonstrate autonomy and are recognized for your interpersonal skills. Your taste for a challenge and your ability to synthesize and analyze will be serious assets for you to flourish in the position.
Contract and remuneration:
CDI to be filled as soon as possible
Remuneration to be determined according to the profile + mutual insurance + restaurant tickets + CSE + participation
