Under the authority of our Sales Administration Manager, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring quotes, orders and customer invoicing for export.
Missions and attributions:
– Establish quotes
– Define a customer need
– Technically and commercially inform a client
– Follow up and raise customer opportunities via our Hubspot CRM
– Receive phone calls
– order payment elements
Skills and Abilities Required:
– Organization and rigor in the execution of the entrusted tasks
– Autonomy, dynamism, reactivity and taking initiatives
– Listening to and respecting the different interlocutors
– Commercial sense
– Spoken and written language: English
– Technology watch, team spirit

– Export procedures (incoterm, customs, logistics, etc.)
– Geographical location: 20 km around Melun
