Customer IT Support Technician France M/F

JRI is the benchmark in the fields of IoT solutions for temperature measurement and monitoring and related Metrology services. We design and manufacture high-precision connected measurement sensors and develop scalable software solutions that meet the expectations of professionals in the health, food and industrial sectors. We also provide temperature metrology services under Cofrac accreditation, on site or in our metrology laboratory.

In order to strengthen our Technical Support team to respond to the international success of our connected solutions, we are recruiting an IT Customer Support Technician.


Your missions:

  • Solve the incidents of our users (direct customers or distributors) concerning the products and services marketed by JRI.
  • Process requests according to the defined processes and working methods in place.
  • Escalate unresolved requests according to defined processes.
  • Track requests: from their handling to their closure.
  • Intervene with customers in a curative and preventive way: remote control via VPN\Team Viewer.
  • Provide definitive or palliative solutions to applicants.
  • Provide expertise and advice on the service or product concerned.
  • Participate in the development of tools and procedures.
  • Participate in the creation of training materials (tutorial, webinar, etc.).


About you :

  • Empathetic, you listen to customers and you know how to adapt to different interlocutors
  • Autonomous, you like to work in a team
  • You demonstrate rigor and organization in your daily work


You have :

 Advanced computer training

  • A first confirmed experience in a similar position (Helpdesk\IT Department)


Status: non-executive

CDI contract

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Position based in Fesches-le-Chatel (25)
