Thematic dinner Network Measure - CIFL

The 06/12/2018 from 18:30 to 22:30

After generations X and Y, generation Z has already started its entry into the working world. The one we now call Gen Z or even “digital native Gen” concerns people born from 1995 until today. With a very particular lifestyle and surprising behavior in the face of hierarchy, digital natives are shaking up the world of work. An evolution which forces managers and HRDs to adapt.

Come and participate in the thematic dinner organized by the Measurement Network and the CIFL on Thursday 6 December 2018 from 6.30 p.m. at the House of Latin America in Paris.

House of Latin America
217, Bd Saint-Germain
75007 PARIS
M °: Solférino or Rue du Bac (line 12)
RER C: Orsay Museum
Parking: Montalembert

The conference will be moderated by Cédrick Allmang.

Cédrick Allmang is a geographer and geopolitician. Agrégé in history, he also trained as a philosopher and town planner.
“Young people born since 1995 are starting to enter the business world. At 23, the first graduates of this generation, who have often discovered the world of work through internships (a system set up by Generation X) worry their elders more than they arouse their enthusiasm.
Yet it is an exciting generation with which businesses will have to come to terms. Their almost natural link to the network and to innovation is a major asset for all sectors of activity.
But their inadequacy to existing structures seems to be a headache for the “heads” of companies.
Faced with large groups that are trying, without much success, to integrate the "Z" into the paradigms of the Old World, very small and medium-sized enterprises may have greater flexibility to adapt to this generation… "

Daniel WEIZMANN, President of CIFL and Marc-Robert HENRARD, President of RESEAU MESURE signed, on September 17, 2018, a Partnership Agreement between their two associations.
This partnership will allow members of the two organizations to benefit from numerous advantages such as shared prices for their office purchases or the transport of their goods; inter-company training for their employees; supporting their employees towards eco-driving; legal expert advice based on current events, etc.

Come and meet your colleagues during this dinner debate!
