Educational objective: Transmit to managers the methods to properly manage the activity of their sales representatives

This training is offered as part of the cross agreement between the Measurement Network and the CIFL.

- Detect anomalies to correct and set objectives

- Knowing how to build a SMART action plan - The key moments of piloting

- Define and schedule the managerial support necessary for the success of the action plans

- Know how to sell the action plan and support in individual piloting interviews - Know how to reframe

- What tools to manage well?

- Successions of concrete cases, contribution of knowledge, simulation.
