Demonstration application technician and Hot-line coordinator (M / F)

Missions, under the Responsibility of the Commercial Director:

Demonstration of our products such as three-dimensional machines, vision machines, shape defect machines and our other dimensional measurement products to our customers and prospects.
Technical animation in all aspects of our activity (customer studies, technical days, maintenance and updating of our demonstration equipment, updating of documentation, exhibitions, etc.).
Supervision of the hotline activity
Dynamic distribution and sharing of the hotline according to available resources
Ensure the first level hotline
Deal with "complex" issues with the support of product managers
Strengthen interactions with the sales and training department by communicating development opportunities in a hotline: identification of sales potential, additional training
Creation of video supports to facilitate hotline assistance (resolution of chronic problems)

Geographic sector :

Position based at the head office in Roissy (95) with trips to the Paris region.
