New on Measurement World: PSD - Portable display for strain gauge sensors.

A novelty presented by Magtrol, on Measurement World: PSD - Portable display for strain gauge sensors.

The Portable Sensor Display (PSD) is a new mobile measuring device. Very compact (~ 160 × 80 × 50 mm) and easily transportable, it can easily be used on a construction site (civil engineering), in an office or laboratory (R&D) or in a production workshop. Its ergonomic case is waterproof (IP54) and protected from shocks by a rubber protection. It is autonomous, because it is powered by 3 AA batteries (or via USB).

This device is suitable for any type strain gauge sensor, whether it is a load cell, a dynamometric axis or a static (feedback) torque sensor. The internal amplifier can process a signal range of ± 0.3… 5 mV / V.

The PSD display is very modular and meets the highest specifications in terms of precision (0.01%) and measurement frequency (1600 / s). It can store up to 16 programmable measuring ranges which can be configured either directly on the unit, or via its USB interface and its dedicated software (included). It is possible to separately connect several force or torque sensors for which the minimum or maximum value can be displayed. This new device replaces the old generation GM80 amplifier.

This new display is an excellent addition to all types of strain gauge sensors for which a mobile display is required, including HRL anchor sensors, SK-02 cable sensors, LB & MB torque pins or load cells. static torque RT from Magtrol.

MAGTROL will welcome you on the stand 2L45 on Measurement World from September 6 to 9, 2021

Measurement World

The merger at the same dates and location of GLOBAL INDUSTRIE, MEASUREMENT WORLD and CIM2021 (International Metrology Congress) offers decisive synergy opportunities.

These events all three tackle, with different orientations, the themes of Industry 4.0. Visitors, exhibitors, organizers and certain partners are common to the 3 events.
