CETIAT has developed a test and calibration bench for liquid level measurement.

Liquid level measurement is a field widely used in industry for a large number of processes: product storage, regulation and dosing of reagents, transport, etc. Although ubiquitous in practice on industrial sites, level measurement has not been the subject of the deployment of a metrological traceability chain and associated calibration services. For example, there is no COFRAC accredited calibration service ensuring the required traceability and impartiality.

Based on this observation, and in order to meet the needs of these customers, CETIAT has developed a test bench andliquid level calibration, allowing any liquid level meter to be calibrated over a measurement range of a few centimeters up to 5 meters, with millimeter accuracy. In addition, this bench makes it possible to reproduce in the laboratory some of the most impactful conditions of use for the measurement: rapid fluctuation of the level, boiling, overflow, presence of steam, presence of an oil or emulsion layer, presence of 'an agitator, etc.

The CETIAT liquid flow measurement laboratory is the national reference of the domain (best level of uncertainty in France) for the calibration of flowmeters and water meters. In addition, the laboratory designs and develops its own calibration and test methods, either privately or as part of European and national research projects in metrology. This laboratory is COFRAC accredited in flexible scope (scopes available on www.cofrac.fr) in order to implement all methods as close as possible to your needs.

CETIAT will welcome you on the stand 2J89, on the metrology village by Measurement World from September 6 to 9, 2021

Measurement World

The merger at the same dates and location of GLOBAL INDUSTRIE, MEASUREMENT WORLD and CIM2021 (International Metrology Congress) offers decisive synergy opportunities.

These events all three tackle, with different orientations, the themes of Industry 4.0. Visitors, exhibitors, organizers and certain partners are common to the 3 events.
